SecuriStar® - the new fire detector series

SecuriStar® - the advantages
All intelligent SecuriStar® fire detectors, whether fully addressable or conventional, not only have a uniform, timelessly elegant design, they are also extremely economical. There are different mounting bases to adapt to each particular operating condition: surface-mounted, flush-mounted, for dry or humid premises, and ventilation lines. Of course each detector type fits on to each base type. Simple mounting is ensured thanks to the tried-and-tested, reliable screw terminal technology.

SecuriStar® - intelligent, fully addressable fire detectors
For direct connection to the SecuriLine® ring line. With digital sensor-signal processing, fuzzy evaluating logic and short-circuit isolator. All fire detectors are self-monitoring, which means they are particularly economical and reliable in the long term.

SSD 531:
Scattered-light smoke detector (responds to smoke) for use in areas with normal safety requirements, for example in certain areas of administration buildings, hospitals, hotels, etc.

UTD 531:
Universal temperature detector (responds to heat) with rate-of-rise or fixed temperature response for use in areas where operating conditions preclude the use of a smoke detector.

SecuriStar® - conventional fire detectors
For connection to SecuriLine® via MDI 82 module and as a conventional fire detector for control panels BMZ 349 and 350.

SSD 521:
Scattered-light smoke detector for use in areas with normal safety requirements, for example in certain areas of administration buildings, hospitals, hotels, etc.

UTD 521:
Universal temperature detector with rate-of-rise or fixed temperature response for use in areas where operating conditions preclude the principle of smoke detection.
